Description: Titanic is set on the ocean liner RMS Titanic which sank on its maiden voyage. The sinking of the Titanic in the early hours of April 15, 1912, remains the quintessential disaster of the twentieth century. A total of 1,517 souls - men, women and children - lost their lives (only 711 survived). The fact that the finest, largest, strongest ship in the world-called, in fact, the "unsinkable" ship-should have been lost during its maiden voyage is so incredible that, had it not actually happened, no author would have dared to contrive it. In a stunning chamber musical as massive as the ocean liner that shares its name, Titanic tells the stories of the people on board the legendary steamer and the men who got them there. Spanning all classes, Titanic captures the stories from the whole range of humanity aboard the ship: from workers in the boiler room to first-class attendants, from the poorest passengers, who scraped together their life savings to purchase third-class tickets to America, to some of the wealthiest men of the Victorian age, including John Jacob Astor and Benjamin Guggenheim. Full of memorable characters based on the real men and women on the ship, Titanic is a powerful, complex look at the making of a tragedy. This show is recommended for ages 10 and up, children under 5 will not be admitted to the theater for this production.

Description: Isobel Lomax and Dolly Biddle are two "mature" cable-access cooking show hostesses who have hated each other for 30 years, ever since Larry Biddle dated one and married the other. When circumstances put them together on a TV show called The Kitchen Witches, the insults are flung harder than the food! Dolly's long-suffering TV-producer son Stephen tries to keep them on track, but as long as Dolly's dressing room is one inch closer to the set than Isobel's, it's a losing battle, and the show becomes a rating smash as Dolly and Isobel top both Martha Stewart and Jerry Springer!

Description: “I like to think of this play as Shakespeare’s great screwball comedy,” said artistic director Jeffrey Jackson. “‘Much Ado’ incorporates all the great elements of a screwball comedy — the classic battle of the sexes in the relationship of Benedick and Beatrice, their fast-paced repartee, and, of course, plotlines involving courtship and marriage. And there are some great comedic characters, like Constable Dogberry and his deputies.”

Description: Five short plays directed by Ellen Finster By Benjamin Benne, Alan Berks, Christina M. Ham, Katie Ka Vang and James A. Williams and music by DJ Chamun Are we entering into our New Normal, or is this just a phase? Is ‘whitelash’ real, or just another piece of ‘fake news’? Pillsbury House Theatre commissioned five new 10-minute plays by local writers responding to the deeply partisan split on the direction of our country. In polarizing times of national upheaval and civil unrest, how do we deal with competing truths? Where does the election leave us, as individuals, as communities, as a country? The Great Divide is a personal, powerful and visceral response to the political animosity that has become our post-election reality. In order to further process the topics at hand, we'll be hosting a post-show discussion after every show.
